Introduction and access
Insights is a page that you can access from the tab menu, if you have the corresponding permissions.
Depending on your permissions, this menu may look different.
The purpose of the Insights page is to collect all reports about realization data. The two standard reports are:
- The Quality report
- The Historical Trip Data
You may also find other BI reports available to you here, think of a Quicksight Dashboard. (The exception is Tableau, which uses a different url.)

Possible reports
Quality report
One of the available reports is the so-called Quality Report. Through this feature you can receive a report by email in Microsoft Excel format that shows how different carriers in your operation have performed in terms of monitoring and realization in the Control Tower in a certain time period.

Historical trip data
You can download historical trip data in CSV (comma-separated values) format. This data contains information about completed trips, including data about times realized in a selected time window. You can then easily process this file automatically or open it in a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
